I have extensive experience co-creating and testing UX content. My specialties include Pendo (guides, surveys, and analytics), UX content design, user education, email design / optimization, video production, XML authoring, web design, SurveyMonkey, WordPress, and technical communication.

I provide vision and execute content plans to drive product adoption, engagement, and sales across diverse channels. I establish business goals that support organizational objectives for obtaining and retaining clients, users, and developers.
